Education only, not advice

Everything on ShareSetu (prices, charts, scans, strategies, GMP, ratings, FAQs and any other content) is provided for education and information only.

Nothing on ShareSetu is investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative or IPO. Lists such as top gainers, momentum scans or high-GMP IPOs are mechanical screens, not recommendations.

Before making a real investment decision, do your own research and consider speaking to a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

Accuracy of data

Market data, financials and IPO information come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Calculated values such as market caps, payoffs, breakevens, charges and margin are approximations.

Always check figures against the exchange, the company's filings or the offer document before relying on them.

Risk

Trading in securities, and especially in futures and options, carries a high risk of loss. Losses in derivatives can exceed the amount you put in. Past performance, real or simulated, does not guarantee future results.

Doing well on a simulator does not mean you will do well with real money.

No warranty

ShareSetu is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The site may be unavailable, slow or wrong at any time, including during market hours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShareSetu is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of or reliance on the site or its content, including any real trading or investment decision you make.
