Agreement

By using ShareSetu or creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Disclaimer, the Platform Disclosure and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to create an account.

Your account

Sign-up is by email with a one-time code. One person may hold one account. To prevent abuse, only one account can be created per device, and new accounts from the same network are limited for a period of time.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at support@sharesetu.app if you think someone else has used it.

During the invite-only beta, sign-up needs a valid invite.

Virtual money

Virtual balances, profits and losses on ShareSetu have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, prizes or anything else, and may be adjusted or reset, for example to correct errors or after a beta reset.

Acceptable use

Do not: create multiple accounts or get around sign-up limits; scrape, copy or resell market data or content from the site; use bots or automated requests beyond normal browsing; probe, overload or attack the service or try to access other users' accounts; or use the site for anything unlawful.

Market data shown on ShareSetu is licensed from third parties for display on this site only and may not be redistributed.

Content and intellectual property

The ShareSetu name, logo, design, software and original content belong to ShareSetu. Third-party data and trademarks belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse them except as the law allows.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, abuses the service, or is created in breach of the sign-up limits. You may ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@sharesetu.app.

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of ShareSetu at any time.

Liability

ShareSetu is a free practice tool provided without warranties (see the Disclaimer). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on the site.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
